Message: We have been coming here for years when it was only two levels. Mr Rick and his employees are the best! The pool is the cleanest in PCB the entire place is the best kept grounds and friendly group of owners and employees. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else! Keep up the great vacation experience we have every time.

Message: My family and I have stayed here for years. The Hotel offers a great pool, great staff, clean rooms. We don't spend allot of time in the room but we love it here. The price is more than fair with all the amenities you need. If your coming down to PCB then consider them.

Message: This place is awesome! My husband and I came in Tuesday with grandkids. We will be leaving tomorrow. I wish we had found it sooner. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping brings towels every day. The bed is very comfortable. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I talked to Misty a couple of times when making reservations for three rooms. I had to call and make revisions to the reservation. She was always friendly and helpful. We are coming back Labor Day weekend.

Message: It's an older Motel that's located in Simpsonville, SC. It's nothing fancy, it doesn't have a pool but, the rooms are big and they're clean. The rates are cheap, the beds are comfortable, & the rooms are clean. Nothing fancy but, great place to get a good night's sleep & shower.

Message: Was a very nice hotel. I stayed across the street at the smaller building so I was a little worried it would be gross but for the money it was definitely sufficient. I've paid more in PCB for worse. I'd definitely stay here again.

Message: GREAT staff, GREAT family hotel, only place I’ll stay in PCB now & forever! They’re so helpful, willing to assist with any & all needs/wants from the front desk, gift shop, housekeeping, maintenance, EVERYONE! Even their guests, the families there are friendly & kind! I’ll be back there in august, thank you all, I’m so grateful to you all!

Message: What a find, came here 2 years ago with my family for my sons baseball tournament and now it is our favorite place to stay while in PCB. Nice clean rooms beautiful views especially from upper level balconies. Very close to restaurants, shopping and pier park but yet not to crowded! Nice clean hotel with friendly and attentive staff!

Message: We really enjoyed this hotel! The prices were Amazing. The room was huge and it had a full size fridge in it. The shower was great the water hit you just right. The pool was clean and very deep I loved that. You don't see that any more and the hot tub was Amazing, it had a jet that got my back just right. We really enjoyed everything about this place. It even had fun games out side! Bonus.
